At the initial session, the indictment was initially read by the Prosecutor of the Founding Prosecutor in Prizren, Genc Nixha.
After reading the indictment, the defendants pleaded not guilty to robbery, while Bessart Istrefi and Trim Barak pleaded guilty to criminal work “ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons”.
After defendants Istrefi and Barak pleaded guilty to illegal possession, the prosecutor demanded that this statement be accepted by the court.
“proposed the court to plead guilty to this point,” the prosecutor said during the hearing.
For this, the court stated that the guilty plea by Barak and Istref was voluntary and, as a result, accepted.
According to the indictment, the damage caused by the injuries amounts to about 133 thousand euros. /Periscope/
