MPJD has said that Spahiu was traveling by bus with his family on his return from Austria to Kosovo.
He is expected to appear before the trial of the preliminary procedure today at 09 o'clock, at the Kikinde Municipal Court, broadcasts. Periscope.
Spahiu is currently being held at the Kanjiza detention centre in the Vojvodina region.
His arrest has confirmed the lawyer Arian Koci, under whom Spahiu was questioned in the case of “Banjska”.
