The Special Prosecutor has been declared after interviewing incumbent Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislim, in connection with renting the factory for processing animal by products.
From the prosecution have declared for Reporter.net That Bislim was interviewed in the quality of the witness.
Other details have been explained, arguing that the case is in the initial phase of the investigation.
“Special Procurory is conducting investigations concerning allegations of renting the plant for processing animal byproducts. Under the investigation, on Wednesday in Special Prosecution was interviewed in the quality of witness Mr. Faithful Bislimi. But we are not able today to discuss or provide details, since the case is in the initial phase of the investigation. P The SRK, in co-ordination with the police, is taking all necessary action to secure all evidence that will serve to clear the concrete case”, has stated by the Special Prosecutor.
Meanwhile, Bislimi has said his interview has been unnecessary, considering that the information he has given, could be collected without having to interview.
“Today I was at the prosecutor's office invited to witness quality in prosecution investigations about the factory's functioning for animal byproducts in Drenas. The interview lasted about an hour and 30 minutes, and during that time there were no questions that could be described as questions to a witness. I also came to confirm that all the information I presented today can be collected very easily without the need for an interview at all. It would have sufficed a minimal study of the duties and responsibilities of the deputy prime minister within the European integration portfolio and a quick review of reports for the country over the years by the European Commission”, it has written.
In addition, Bislimi said that “the primary objective of the interview was the production of news media.
“Nated by the fact that the entrance to the interview building was flooded by portals, which no longer occurs when witnesses are invited, and from the experience of getting the news into the media about exactly when the three-way dialogue meeting in Brussels was under way, comes to an inevitable conclusion that the primary purpose of this interview has been to produce news media, where government displays become part of titles along with the term <x1-scandal”. “Scandal” that originated is neither in the ministry of the line nor in the prosecutor's, but in media exhibits. This puts the prosecution in an extremely negative perspective regarding the responsibilities and orientation he has chosen to pursue. It would be of multiple interest for this approach to be revised.

The incumbent Deputy Prime Minister, Besnik Bislimi, has concluded interviewing by Kosovo's Special Prosecutor over investigations about the factory's rent for the processing of animal by the Ministry of Agriculture, Periscopi reports.
For two hours Bislim stayed in Special Prosecution. And after the end of the interview, Bislimi has not provided details to the media.
Acting Agriculture Minister Faton Peci has mentioned the issue of operating this factory.
And in late May, the Special Prosecutor ordered raids at four different locations in Pristina and Ferizaj over allegations of misuse of the contract for rent of this facility. Minister Peci was interviewed in the quality of the suspect. Besides him, the head of the Food and Veterina Agency, Bekim Hoxha, was interviewed.
This came after Periscop's report that the animal waste processing factory, which has cost Kosovo over 8m euros, which has not worked a day, has been given for suspicious use to an economic operator. Millions of assets, surveillance equipment, trucks, property and machinery were given to an economic company only five days after the Food and Veterinary Agency announced the tender, raising doubts about a corrupt scheme, favouring and interest.
