SPACE allocates 12m euros in assets in Durres

According to SPAK's announcement, the sequentised assets include a surface area of 282.5 square metres and a 248 square metre building, which results in the possession of the citizens of E.Z. in 1,062 parts and K.J. in 1072 parts (wealth related to the subject of the property prosecution E.Z.).Periscope/

The Special Anti-Corruption and Organised Crime Prosecutor under investigation for 2019 recorded property prosecution No.10/2025 and submitted to the Special Court, the request for sequenting certain assets allegedly benefited from criminal activity.

The court against corruption and organised crime with the No.36 verdict of 20.05.2025 ruled the sequentisation of some assets linked to persons under investigation, involved in criminal activities. This decision was executed on the date of 21.05.2025.

After that, the Special Prosecutor followed intensive investigation and discovered other assets associated with subjects under investigation. Through the decision No.39 of the 20,06,2025, the Special Court has accepted the request of the Special Prosecutor and ruled that they were sequential. The decision was implemented by financial investigators of the Special Prosecutor and the General Directorate of State Police on the 2706.2025. These assets have been taken under the management of the Agency for the Management of Secuested and Confirmed Interior Ministry.

The seized assets are located in the city of Durres and include:

The investigations were conducted under a joint investigative team among the SPAK, the Bar Prosecutor, the Directorate of Antimafia, with Eurojust backing.

The criminal prosecution No.36/2019 has been recorded for criminal acts:“Narcotics Trafficking”, carried out in the special form of co-operation, that of structured criminal group, “rup structured criminal activity”, “The conduct of criminal acts by criminal organisations or structured criminal group” and “the cleanup of criminal product products or criminal activity”, the work envisioned by us 283/3, 33/3/3/3, 334/4/3, and the 287 Penal Codes, are found out of the alleged criminal trafficking properties that are allegedly created by criminal drugs.

Rich Procedure No. 10/2025 was registered in order to verify the assets of related criminal prosecution subjects and persons, totaling 52 30 people in Albania and 22 in Italy, who were previously assigned personal security measures in both countries.

The seized assets are estimated at approximately 12m euros.
