The European Union's emissary for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Peter Sorensen, has reacted after the trilateral meeting with Kosovo and Serbia's chief negotiators for dialogue, Besnik Bislimi and Petar Petkov.
He has said that at this long-standing summit, he has spoken of preparing a summit of high-level dialogue, meaning between Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbian President Aleksander Vuciq.
“I organised a long meeting of Kosovo and Serbia's chief negotiators in Brussels. We talked about advancing the normalisation of their relations in preparation for a summit of high-level Dialogue, pending implementation obligations and current issues. We agreed that the discussion will continue soon”, the announcement says.
Otherwise, Bislimi has claimed to have presented ideas for implementing the Basic Agreement.
