Serbia assigns one month to former police officer Arbnor Spahiu, who arrested him at the border

Lawyer Arianan Koci has indicated that Arbnor Spahiu, former Special Unit Police Officer, has been assigned the month-long detention measure in Serbia.

Koci has considered this an unfair and politically motivated decision without any actual evidence.

“Arbnor Spahiut, former Special Operations Unit Police Officer (NJSO), after two days of ban, today has been assigned the month-long detention measure in Serbia. This decision is unfair, politically motivated and without any evidence or actual basis”.
