US sentences Kosovo to 10 years in prison for participation in ISIS

The court has announced that Sylejmani, known as Abu Sulayman al-Kosov, was found guilty in December 2024 of participating in military training.
Judge Rudolph Contraras has said that in addition to the prison sentence, Sylejmani after the end of the sentence will be sent to US authorities.
As the U.S. Court announced, from November 2015 to February 20th, Sylejman was trained by I SIS in Syria, until 2019 was captured by the Syrian Democratic Forces. He had traveled to Syria with his family, where he had changed his name.
Sylejman had conducted training on the use of automatic rifles and the use of grenades. In May 2016, according to the court, it was taken to the front line. /Periscope/
