In the Court's announcement, it is said that after the initial review held on June 19th 2025, this court on Monday, June 23rd 2025, in the absence of all parties in the procedure, declared the guilty defendant and sentenced him to prison terms of 1 year and 5 months, reports the “Bettim for Justice“, submitted. According to the Court, the sentence of imprisonment is to the accused by the day of his imperilence 15 days.
I.M., it's accused of causing damage to the cameraman at the portal “Inside”- J.M., who and his colleague had gone to develop an interview and headed toward the Ibër Bridge.
The defendant is charged with the date 17.11.2022, about 10:45 in Mitrovice North, on the “H road. D. With these actions, the defendant is charged with failing to commit criminal acts “light body access” by Article 185, par.1, below 1.4 related to Article 31 of the Criminal Code.
Against this bias, the parties have the right to accuses in the 30-day term from the day of acceptance of the written-shaped bias. The complaint is addressed to the Court of Appeals in Pristina through this court.
