Arthur Mecholari, security expert, commented on “Balkan Talks” on statements President Trump has made to Kosovo and Serbia, which he calls himself a mediator and pre-emptive of possible conflicts against the two countries.
Mecholari stresses that Serbia has the capacity for threats against Kosovo, but cannot pass it into acts of action.
According to him, Kosovo has strong protection, and as a result, Serbia will have to face America if it commits war action.
I think Serbia today has capacities and aims to wage a conventional war.
