Three scenarios to have parliamentary elections along with local ones

The Vetevendosje movement has cited the possibility that, along with local elections, scheduled for 12 October, parliamentary elections will be held. The idea was cited after successive failures of the ninth legislature's constitutionalisation, stemming from the February 9th elections. But for this to be done, the Assembly must definitely be conditioned. And according to Eugene Cacol, representative [...]
The first scenario is the distribution of the Parliament after the transition. After distribution, the president in 10 days must set the date for the elections 30-45 days after the announcement of the date. To reach October 12th on this option, distribution does not take place later than September 2nd and elections must be announced at the latest on September 12th. By then there may be up to 42 failed sessions (every 48 hours).
The second scenario is failure to elect the government within 60 days of the institution. In this case, candidate mandate for prime minister should happen later on July 4th, and after that date for 60 days there will be no government formation. For this scenario to be implemented and parliamentary elections to be held on 12 October, 12 more sessions could fail.
In the third option, there is a double failure to choose government. In this case, after the first term-rest, he has 15 days to secure most. If she fails, the president has another 10 days to hurt someone else. The second still has 15 days to gain approval. If it fails, elections should be held within 40 days. The elections must be announced later on September 2nd in this scenario, and until the dedication, there may be 21 failed sessions.
The Kosovo Assembly on Wednesday holds its 30th session in an effort to forge itself. The rust has been caused by the selection of the chief parliament as the third point of the constitutional session. Initially Vetevendosje, as the winner of the elections, nominated Albulen Haxhiun for the post, while now 20 sessions are failing the commission's formation for the secret vote.
At President Vjosa Osmani's meeting with party representatives last week to set the date for local elections, VV's Albulen Haxhiu has indicated he has mentioned the option of having parliamentary elections the same day. /Periscope/
