The second scenario is failure to elect the government within 60 days of the institution. For this scenario to be implemented and parliamentary elections to be held on 12 October, 12 more sessions could fail.
In the third option, there is a double failure to choose government. In this case, after the first term-rest, he has 15 days to secure most. If she fails, the president has another 10 days to hurt someone else. The second still has 15 days to gain approval. If it fails, elections should be held within 40 days. The elections must be announced later on September 2nd in this scenario, and until the dedication, there may be 21 failed sessions.
