Sali Berisha's lawyer, Genc Gjokutaj, has announced that the leader of the Democratic Party has been called to testify in the SPAK, in connection with atension of JKKO Judge Irena Gjona.
Berisha is ordered by SPAK prosecutor Elvin Gjonaj to appear on Tuesday, June 10th at 10:00, ahead of the National Bureau of Investigation investigator, Ardit Neli.
According to the official letter, Berisha will be questioned as a person aware of the circumstances, under the preliminary investigation into the conviction of Judge Irena Gjona.
The command emphasizes that in case of failure, a person may be forced to accompany him. /Periscope/
