Last week, the Russian Army used a Chernika threat for the first time to attack Kharkivin.
This was reported by Mayor Ihor Terekhov on the telegram, according to Ukrinform.
The Russian aggressor continues his efforts to damage Kharkivin. During the past week, our city has experienced 16 enemy attacks. More often, the enemy struck with Shaheda, but experts from the Department of Emergency Situations also recorded the first attack by a new type of fear called Chernika”, said in the post.
“As a result of his attack, several cars in a garage co-operative were damaged. In total, four people have been injured over the past seven days, including one child. Fortunately, there were no victims”, the mayor said.
According to Ukrainian media, “Chernika-2” is a slight threat designed according to the principle of the “Flying wing”. He's capable of holding a warhead weighing up to five pounds. It flies at a speed of 75 km/h at a distance of over 50 miles [80 km]. Flight altitude does not exceed 1.5 km.
Russian media started reporting for the first time on the Chernik-2 show at the end of November last year. At the time, they reported that the enemy was allegedly armed with about 4,500 such fears.. /Periscopi/
