The journalist described the extent of the disaster, walking through the flooding waters of the municipality on what was once a road, follows Periscope.
At one point, the journalist unbeknownst to enter a ditch and remained underwater for a few moments. She managed to surface herself and tried to stay put, later assisted by colleagues and locals.
I'm fine! As soon as I got some water,” Iulia Damian said right after the incident.
