Dritson Kurti's arrest in September last year after bringing a girl to life with her minor co-existence, only 13 years old brought protests from the Roma community there.

While under Albanian law, the 25-year-old is accused of sexual relations with minors. The young man's fate is between tradition and law, but disturbing is the fact that the minor remained at the limits of survival alone with the baby.

In an exclusive interview for “Top Story”, they stop at Roma traditions and what they expect in the future.

It was an injustice, because it's just us getting married small, but the whole Roma community. If I was in prison, then it would have to be 80-90% less of our hand, because that's how we have traditions, we get married from the cradle”, Dritson said, Top Channel, broadcasts Periscope.

On the other hand, his associate said: “was very difficult. We borrowed a lot of money for the girl, for us. It's unfair, because it's not just me, but we all get married small --”

She also added that she did not know the age she was getting married, which she learned only after she saw her birth certificate.

I was 12 and a half years old. I didn't really know age. I don't know school. Dad brought me some certificates he had in his maternity ward. He looked at the resources I was 13 and a half years old... Dad agreed to marriage”, added Dritson's associate.

The plans for the future are to work and make a living. As you can see from the economy, we're a little bit of a piece because I was the only person holding two jobs.

The girl I want to attend school, see her life so she doesn't have a life that I have.
