Acting Economy Minister Artane Rizvanolli at a media conference has said they face challenges in the energy sector.
She said the security of the supply is dependent on 62-year-old thermal power plants because, according to her, their reactions have never been made.
“We have challenges in the energy sector because our supply security depends on 62-42-year-old thermal power plants because their reactions have never been made. One of the reasons why we don't have all the blocks in place since April is that for the first time in the Kosova B thermal power plant, we're modernising turbines and the B2 block is out of place for these operations for nearly six months”.
This is a temporary but necessary sacrifice and we have to do it now because they haven't done it when import prices have been cheaper”, it is expressed./Periscopi/
