Even in the third retrial, the two accused are acquitted of killing 2017 in downtown Pristina

At the Constitutional Court in Pristina on Tuesday, the third retrial in the N.S., in downtown Pristina in November 2017, has begun. Indictees Arlind Ahmeti and Agron Vlasaliu were acquitted of serious murder.
The accused Ahmeti pleaded guilty to illegal arms maintenance, which was approved by the court, reports the “Justice Vow”.
Later, prosecutor Bashkim Zeqaj, defender of the damaged side- lawyer Fanol Krasniqi, defender of accused Ahmeti, lawyer Asdren Hoxha, as well as defender of accused Vladaliu, lawyer Florent Latifaj, declared they remain close to the opening word given in the preliminary review.
Also, at this hearing in the quality of the injured, the L.K., the R.K., the F.F., and the B.S., who declared they stood by the statements provided in the previous review.
As for witness M.C., the Court, with the consent of the parties, made a decision with which he read his statement given in the police.
Protector of the damaged side, lawyer Krasniqi added that in this review, the hearing of ballistics expert Labinot Mazreku is proposing, as well as the viewing of the country's video recordings.
For the hearing of expert Mazreku, the court took the decision with which Krasniqi's proposal was approved.
So, in the absence of conditions for continuing the hearing, Judge Alban Ajvazi interrupted today's and next session and set it for another date.
Initially, the Constitutional Court in Pristina on April 16th 2019, after having re-qualified criminal acts, accused Arlind Ahmeti had found him guilty of inciting serious murder, declaring a unique sentence of 17 years in prison. Agron Vlasalou, however, was on the run.
However, the Court of Appeals, in November 2019, had decided that this case would be again tried by the court in the first instance, arguing that the act of April 16, 2019, is contrary to legal provisions.
However, on December 13, 2022, the Constitutional Court in Pristina had again pronounced the condemnation of indictees Agron Vlasaliu and Arlind Ahmeti, condemning them to 21 years in prison for serious murder in now co-ordination of the late N.S, in 2017 in Pristina.
While, the Court of Appeals on March 23rd 2023, in the case of complaints by the representative of the damaged parties, lawyer Neceddin Sejdiu, defenders of accused Arlind Ahmeti, lawyer Asdren Hoxha and lawyer Fitim Malocaj, as well as defenders of accused Agron Vlasaliu, lawyer Florent Latifaj, has reversed the Constitutional Court's conviction in Pristina and the case has returned to the first instance in the retrial.
Then, the Foundation on October 11, 2024, after respelling the criminal work to “Cause of general danger”, Ahmeti and Vlasali were sentenced to 16 years in prison. But the case has been retriald by the Court of Appeals.
According to the indictment filed on July 13th 2021, Agron Vlasaliu is charged with being charged on November 24, 2017, under preliminary agreement with defendant Arlind Ahmeti, they have deprived life now of the deceased N.S. and have now risked the lives of those injured, Behar Sahiti, Lumbardh Kukaj, Freshim Fariz, R.
