Arben Mustafa from this political subject has said the decision protects the private sector from a major blow that would jeopardise thousands of jobs in Kosovo.
The Kosovo Democratic Party has consistently rejected the ZRE decision, demanding its suspension even with concrete legal steps”, it has written, among other things.

The Commercial Court has suspended ZRE's announcement of mandatory business access to the open energy market.
This court ruling protects the private sector from a major blow that would jeopardise thousands of jobs in Kosovo.
The Democratic Party of Kosovo has consistently rejected the ZRE decision, demanding its suspension even with concrete legal steps.
Such reckless and irresponsible acts are not dared to be repeated by Kosovo institutions.
Now is the time for constructive dialogue between Kosovo institutions and the business community to draft a transit plan that enables efficient functioning of the energy market without jeopardising business sustainability.
