The Court of Appeals has decided to approve his defender's complaint and change the Constitutional Court Act in Prizren, reports Klonkosova, broadcast Periscope.
Otherwise, Pulaj allegedly punched a citizen, causing serious bodily injuries, when the victim was initially detained by the police for an offense in traffic.
The case was reported to the IPK, and investigators have been engaged by taking concrete investigative action, including watching video-inculating security cameras, identifying possible witnesses and interviewing the suspected police official in the case.
The suspect's ban has been made with suspicion that the same one has committed criminal work “mishandled during the exercise of official task” and “heavy body loss”.
