The talks are held a day after President Volodymyr Zelensky approved the composition of the Ukrainian delegation, which will again be led by Defence Minister Rustem Umerov. Umerov has also led the delegation during the previous round of talks held on May 16th, as well as in Istanbul.
We remember that, from the first talks lasting less than 2 hours, an agreement was reached on the exchange of 1,000 prisoners from each side.
Meanwhile, according to sources from the Turkish Foreign Ministry, Monday's negotiations are expected to begin at 1: 00 p.m. and will be held at the Ciragan Palace in Istanbul.
