Rape charges, ruling on Gjiko

The artist's own lawyer, Cameron Kreveshi, wrote about the case.

Through a Facebook post, lawyer Cameron Kreveshi, who represented Gjiko in the process, issued this statement:

The quality of Mr. Asdren Gjikoli, Gjiko, announces all parties interested that the Constitutional Court in Pristina, the Department to Mitur, has released Mr. Chocolate. Two of the points of the indictment have reached the absolute prescription, while for criminal acts, violation and illegal weapons has been acquitted.

Asdren Gjikoli, Gjiko, in the closed court process is faced with an unprecedented situation that he faced with his head high and his complete purity before any situation.
The court has been fully cautious in assessing the case, and has brought about a merit act that we are convinced will face any complaint in judging this case on other levels of the judiciary.
