In this regard he said dealing with the Spahiu case should not be in the pattern of ordinary cases and that what Serbia is doing has to do with legal issues.
His ban, according to Ramadani, is a testimony to a completely political situation from Serbia.
“S first, nothing from Serbia in this direction is common and is not normal. It has nothing to do with legal matters. Second, a Kosovo citizen is being held kidnapped only because he served in the security sector, respectively. This testifies to a completely political situation from Serbia”, he told Clankosova.
The security issue expert also had a call for Kosovo institutions, saying it is necessary to raise the reaction level.
Ramadani stressed another aspect, that of continuing Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, which he said as long as the former policeman is in custody, such a process should not continue.
Kosovo's “Institutions must necessarily raise the highest level of response. Can't at the same time Serbia has kidnapped a former police officer, continue dialogue in Brussels says everything is normal”, he said.
The former AKI chief of citizens appealed not to pass through Serbia, as he said, even if there is higher financial costs.
Also, I call on Kosovo citizens not to cross Serbia's territory. Even if they have to have higher financial costs, it is safer to choose other ways”, Ramadani said. /Periscope/
