Prosecutor Rasim Maloku accuses the accused of threatening him at trial for impeachment, defence rejects

Similarly, lawyer Hasani said prosecutor Maloku has abused the official post and that he will announce to the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council.

“abused the official task, because if he had committed a criminal offense, the court would have ascertained him in the process. For this abuse I will announce the Prosecutorial Council and does not deserve to be the state prosecutor, paid by Kosovo taxpayers”, he added. /Periscope
