Prosecutor Perlinchevic: Naim Mursel ordered the murder after Liridona had received $260,000 from life insurance in Sweden

At the Foundation Court in Pristina, court hearings were held against the three accused of killing Liridona Ademijs on November 29, 2023. Prosecutor Yavorka Perlinchevic stated that “Naim Murseli ordered the assassination after Liridones had made 260 thousand euros out of life insurance in Sweden”. The prosecution added that how material evidence has been proposed, and the report that has been accepted according to their request from Sweden's organs, which has proven that in the name of the deceased now, in 2022, a life insurance policy worth 3 million Swedish crust - in countervalue of 260 thousand euros - is being paid.
Naim Mursel's lawyer, Teuta Zinopotok, said the defence has demanded that defendant Naim Murseli be sent for a mental examination, but has so far received no official response from the court.
We've requested that Naim Mursel be sent in mental examination, which we haven't received in response from the court. We consider that when the provision of this evidence stemming from the conclusion that the group of experts at KKUK, the forensics institute, and after examining the defendant will proceed with this case, which has been set up near this court. This process requires discretion, testimony and impartiality”, she said.
While Naim Mursel, the victim's husband, Liridona Ademiaj, has been declared innocent.
If the prosecution's claims at the indictment are confirmed then I myself, for myself will seek a life sentence of”, he said.
Innocent has been declared the other defendant, the Cocallist, while quietly defending Granit Plava.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina on January 15th 2025 has filed charges against Naim Mursel, Granit Plavva, Cocall and Tom Doday.
In the prosecution's indictment, Mursel, Plava, and Kokola reportedly agreed in advance that the murder would be carried out by the accused Plava with the agreement that Murseli paid him 30 thousand euros.
The entire plan for the murder of Liridona was reportedly made by her husband, now accused Naim Mursel, as a result of the disorder of family and marriage reports, where his desire for revenge arose. /Periscope/
