A person in Pristina has been arrested under suspicion that he committed criminal acts “misuse of the” or official authority” and “task recovery”.
“The Founding Prosecutor in Pristina/Department for the Criminal Crime, announces public opinion, that in co-ordination and co-ordination with Kosovo Customs Investigators, an action has been carried out in which a person suspected of criminal acts has been arrested... ... the use of office or official authority... based on Article 414 of the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code, and the taskability at the base of KPRC's 418, said the prosecution's announcement.
The prosecution added that the alleged person was detained at the order of the State Prosecutor for a period of 48 hours, while within the legal deadline, would submit the request for the appointment of the detention measure against the defendants.
