Hundreds of prisoners were allowed to enter the prison yard because of the shaking of land, Zia-ul-Hasan Lanjar, the minister of provincial justice, Reuters reports, broadcast Klakosova.tv.
“There was panic here due to earthquake quakes,” said Lanjar, adding that it was difficult to control a crowd of up to 1,000.
