Political revenge at the Ministry of Commerce: Vetevendosje power degraded civil officials without legal grounds

Two cases have at least enumerated Periscope that officials of this ministry have won cases at the Independent Civil Service Supervisor Council when they have filed complaints about the assessment they have received.

Asllanaj is not the only case, even market inspector at the Ministry of Commerce, Fejrie Salihu, has been assessed at minimum scores in the annual rating report, forcing her to file a complaint at the KKPSHC.

Unlike Aslan, Fajrie Salihu had once been appointed a front-runner and head of the disciplinary commission at the Ministry of Commerce, making a decision to dismiss the three officials the KPMSC had returned to work.
