Police apprehend the suspect who fired a firearm at Vushtrri, seized his weapon

The same suspect had fired two different firearms.

According to the Police report, investigators from the South Mitrovica Regional Directorate have found and confiscated several weapons like:

One (1) Air rifle

A (1) CZ - type pistol, with two empty mags

A (1) gun holder/cut

One (1) AK 47 gun with a mag.

Twenty (20) rounds of 7.62 x 39 mm.

After interviewing and other procedural actions, the case for criminal acts has been initiated against suspects: “retaining ownership, controlling, unauthorized possession of weapons” and “Using dangerous weapons or tool”, while at the order of the prosecutor, he has been assigned police detention measure of 48 hours”, the report says. /Periscope/
