Who's Shkelzen Morina?
Before exercising the function of director of the AUV Administration Directorate, Shkelzen Morina had exercised several functions in civil service.
Since the leadership of the Ministry of Infrastructure by Fatmir Limaj, Morina served in the civil service of this government dictatorship for about ten years. For a time during this period, he held the position of the tax director. He was responsible for the real estate drilling.
In 2020, he was transferred from the Ministry of Infrastructure to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to be appointed directly as the task manager of the MPJ secretary-general.
