MP PDK, Progress Gruda said the purpose of this conference is not to declare party positions, but simply to clarify the above-mentioned decision, broadcasts Periscope.

Gruda before reporters displayed paragraph 130 of the Constitutional Court's act on the election of Parliament's president, where he pointed out that despite the winning party's right to propose the chief parliament, according to him, there is no right to block the process.
