The Parliament is declared for the constitutional session and the clash between Dehar and Chitak, Bajrami and Kadrijaj

In an official communiqué, the Parliament announced that “Chief Chief Dehari sought out by political subjects who did not propose the election commission's names for electing the Speaker of the Parliament by secret vote ( PDK, LDK, Serbian List and AAK-Nisma to do so”.
However, there was opposition to this demand by deputies Vlora Citaku, Hykmete Bajrami and Time Kadriaj, who argued that “under the direction of leader Avni Dehari has been continuing today working Constitutive Assembly sessions. ”
Chief Dehari, meanwhile, “recalled that the constitutional session is not allowed to debate”, interrupting the word of opposing deputies.
Later, the commission's composition was put to the polls, but with 53 votes for, no against and no abstention, the Parliament had no quorum for decision-making. The chairman warned that the session would continue on Tuesday, July 1st, at 11:00.
