Osmanolaj is suspected of committing criminal work “Use of official task”.

The investigation raises suspicions that Osmanolaj as the official of Urbanism had illegally issued construction permits for the residential object “liquidation 2” with a parcel that was used for technical conditions and construction permits of the residential object “Freedom 117x3>.
In a telephone response, Osmanolaj had denied that the same parcel for both construction permits had been used, stating that the first was issued with the Law for Construction, while the second issuing with the Prizren Zone Map.
But Osmanola's actions had not only ended with the release of construction permits.
It had issued a certificate for the use of the “Freedom 1”, although the object had exceeded construction permit, building and a home.
For this illegal construction, the Directorate of Inspectors had even exercised criminal gossip at the prosecutor seven months before Osmanolaj issued the certificate of use.
On the other hand, Osmanollaj is currently under investigation by the Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren, as well as for issuing the building permit of the residential and business object “Albanica Home”, since the same had enabled the construction of two floors more than is envisioned with the Systemial Map.
