According to a Presidency report, the focus of this meeting was the non-compliance of the Kosovo Assembly and the impact this situation has on the functioning of democratic institutions and the lives of citizens.
According to Osmani, the delay in the constitutionalisation of the Parliament undermines not only the credibility of institutions, but also the country's progress towards the Euro-Atlantic agenda.
“In this direction, the president reiterated its commitment to guarantee institutional functionality and to act in accordance with the Constitution, in the interest of citizens of the Republic of Kosovo.
