Osman shares the Presidential Medal with Srebrenica mothers

During her speech she has said that more than 8 thousand men and children were massacred in Srebrenica by Milosevic's genocide forces.

According to her, mothers do not have a tomb where loved ones will mourn. But according to her, despite this endless pain, Srebrenica mothers have decided to raise their voices as many Kosovo mothers do.

Dear Srebrenica mothers during my term as president have often honoured Kosovo mothers who have turned their pain into force and never held back from seeking justice for children who lost during the war. Today, I have the honor on behalf of all citizens, based on the constitutional competencies I have, the mothers of Srebrenica will donate the Presidential Medal of Ministerial Service”, Osmani said.

Meanwhile, the representative of Srebrenica mothers has said they have presented the truth to the world.

We have fought for resolutions at the United Nations Assembly, which is very important for genocide to be remembered. If I am without my son, I am not without pride. We have opened our eyes to our human dignity”, she said. /Periscopi/
