“Law clearly stipulates that the liberalisation of the open energy market should take place, it has been delayed as a process, but that in the current circumstances setting such a fast criterion without adequate preparation and measures to create a transitional phase for businesses to cross in this market, creates also monopoly trends in the market, but also places businesses in trouble, which will translate into price increases for consumers themselves and in the last instance will be vulnerable to Kosovo citizens. We have requested a temporary measure from the ERE to suspend the execution of this decision, but it has not made such a move”, he said on Thursday at the “60 Minute” of KTV.
The key further has said that as an institution they are addressing the Court of Appeals with legal opinion on suspending the ZERE decision. /Periscope/
