These activities, which are directly related to voters, political subjects and election observers, include: application of political subjects to be certified for participation in elections and surrender of candidates' lists; verification of the candidate's adaptability/ability; statements of political parties for participation through coalition; period of registration as voters outside Kosovo and voting outside Kosovo; periods for registration and vote of Special Individual Persons/Determination Persons <0>; election campaign period for political subjects and certificate candidates; period for election application and media detention; election period; election service and election and election councils (Comissions of Special Elections and Locals) and Locals's Locals Elections Councils, Edex/Penezezezezezezezezances, have said.
