Speaking at an emergency meeting of the IAEA, Rafael Gross said the world is located “in the midst of a serious conflict”, with Iran's nuclear facilities being targeted for attacks.
However, according to him, there is still a “way for diplomacy”.
He said Iran, Israel and the Middle East need peace, and the first step to help this is to return to the negotiating table and allow IAA inspectors to return to Iran's nuclear facilities.
As for the state of Iran's nuclear facilities following the US attacks, he said that craters are now visible at Fordow's location.
