Nikaj for the President's invitation to the local election date: I question, we haven't yet answered the mandate of February 9th.

But that doesn't minimize that habitality of the situation we are in where we are preparing for another election race, and we haven't yet given answers to the civic mandate coming out of the February 9th” elections.
