Naim Murseli will be transferred to Psychiatry Clinic several weeks

So has made known to Kosovo Preress the director of the Forenzic Psychiatry Institute, Shpend Hadzibeqiri, who indicated that Murseli today has been sent to the Neurology Clinic for conducting examinations.

The director of Neurology, Edmund Common for Kosova Prees, has confirmed this, which has shown that Murseli has performed an electrocardiogram (EKG) this morning.
Meanwhile, the Constitutional Court in Pristina on February 9th has issued a warrant for the Forenzic Psychiatric Institute to make the Psikiatrik Examming for accused Naim Murseli.
The Founding Court in Pristina, the Department of Crime dated June 04th 2025, has approved the defendant's request. for issuing the Order for Psychiatric Examination for the same. By the date of 09.06.2025 the court in this criminal case has issued the ordinance under which the Institute of Forenzic Psychiatry in Pristina is ordered to conduct the Psychiatric Examination for the accused N.M”, Mirlinda Gashi said in response to the tribunal's spokeswoman.
At the June 4th court hearing, the court approved Naim Mursel's request to conduct the same psychiatric examination.
During the initial hearing, in this case the fourth man involved in the indictment of Ademij's murder, Tom Doday. He was involved in the charge of selling the weapon to Mursel, with which the murder of Adami was committed. The court then ruled that Tom Dodaj was sentenced to five years in prison and fined five thousand euros.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina on January 15th 2025 had filed charges against Naim Mursel, Granit Plavva, Cocall and Tom Dodaj. The accused are charged with the murder of Liridona Ademiaj on November 29, 2023. According to the indictment Mursel, Plava and Kokola agreed that the murder would be carried out by accused Granit Plava with the agreement that Liridona Ademiaj's husband, Naim Murseli, paid him 30 thousand euros. /Periscope/
