On Friday morning, he was sent to the Kosovo University Clinical Centre to the Neurology Clinic, and from there he was later returned to the Forenzic Psychiatry Institute.
On June 4th, the court had approved Mursel's defense request that he receive psychiatric examination. Mursel's lawyer, Teuta Zinnipotok, justified the demand, saying her client has been spreading unstable psychiatric conditions.
Mursel was declared innocent at the court hearing.
According to the prosecution's indictment, Naim Mursel allegedly organised the murder of his wife for reasons of revenge and financial gain from a vital provision in Sweden worth about 260 thousand euros. For the murder, the indictment is said to have planned it along with Cocall and Granit Plava, ordering them to carry out the murder in exchange for a fee of 30 thousand euros.
On the day of the murder, according to the indictment, Mursel has secured a 20-pound gun from Tom Dodaj for the 280-euro prize.
Tom Dodaj has pleaded guilty to selling the gun and was sentenced to 5 years in prison and a fine of 5 thousand euros.
Ademiaj was killed on the evening of November 29th of 2023, on the “Dalip Alshiqi” street in Pristina, while the case was initially reported as murder during the robbery. /Periscope/
