The case prosecutor, Yavorka Perlinchevic, said in her address that the prosecution has filed the indictment on solid grounds and with sufficient evidence.
After sufficient evidence of the collections and compared to the same prosecutions, the prosecution considers that against indictees Naim Murseli, Granit Plava and Cocalla Protection, where the prosecution has filed the indictment for committing criminal acts charged to the accused. During the presentation of collected evidence and their comparison, the prosecution estimates there is a doubt based that the accused committed the criminal acts they are being prosecuted for. The alleged suspicion of defendants is based on numerous material evidence and on the statements of the accused themselves, which were issued during the investigative phase, including in front of police”, Perlinchev said.
On January 15th, Pristina's Constitutional Prosecutorship has filed charges against Naim Mursel, Granit Plavva, Cocall and Tom Doday.
At the first session, held on January 31st, the three accused had been declared innocent until Dodaj pleaded guilty and sold his weapon. /Periscope/
