Pointing to the conversation he had with accused Andrew Nica, his father says he had told him that after hearing a noise, he went out and saw the victim fall out of the window, reports the “JusticeBettim“.
I'm heading towards the door, unless I have a noise and I've shouted K, K (the victim's name) and I saw it's not there. When I went out and saw him, I got an orientation, I went back to the room, I got an M jacket. K-U, I wore”, the witness quoted the conversation with the boy, adding that he had taken his jacket because he was naked when he got out.
He said his son had told him that he had then continued the stairs down shouting “Help, ambulance!”
When he's got him without K., on earth, he's just trying to help me out. And then she said, Tell Mom and Dad that I love him very much, said the accused's father in the conversation he had the son had.
The Witness made this statement after the court member, Judge Madie Bytyqi, asked him what he had said about the case from his conversation with the accused.
The S.N. showed that, in his conversation with Andrew, he told him there had been some disagreements with him now that he felt on the critical night.
He told me that just before I walked into the hotel, even when they got into the room, I had some disagreements. He said to me, "I'm theirs, and he wants my water." So, tell them who that girl you've been dancing with at the wedding, show her away the witness.
The Witness said that the late accused had lived approximately a month with his family, and during this period they had good relations with each other. He said the case was reported by his wife's brother.
We're in the car and we've gone to the North Crimes Police. I told him what happened to us, Arton? ) He said: Strong Ben, that Andrew with M. K's after a fight and he's got a little bit of a balcony and he's got it on the ground. Believe me, your minds are leaving me. I've experienced so much. And I was sent to the Pristina Police, and that's where he told me I should give a statement”, he said.
This hearing was preceded by an E.L. witness, but it was missing. Hence, to the chairman of the court, Judge Gazmend Bahtiri issued an ordinance for the forced delivery.
