The Foundation Court in Ferizaj ) the General Department of Penal Division has approved Ferizaj's Constitutional Prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure against E.S. defendants. The U.S.R., and A.M., due to the suspicion that they have committed serious bodily injury in co-ordination from Article 186 paragraph 3 under paragraph 3.2 concerning paragraph 2 under paragraph 2.1 related to Article 31 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK).
After holding the hearing and analyzing of the subject paperwork, the judge of the preliminary procedure at the General Department égévador é, Alba Makoli, has estimated that there is a valid suspicion, that the E.S. and the U.S. defendants, on the 2006.2025, about 22:00, on the “S street.
