Analyst Halil Matosi has reacted with sharp criticism of the behaviour of the Vetevendosje Movement and its leader, Albin Kurti, following the publication of the recent act by the Constitutional Court of Kosovo.
In a long analysis status, Matosi accuses Kurti that “has taken the state hostage” and is acting contrary to the Constitutional decision. He emphasises that Kurti is reading this act “as the obligation for trust co-operation, but as the obligation of the opposition”, transforming the crisis into constitutional “”.
According to Matosh, the Constitutional Court has reinforced the 2014 act with a <x0 dihotomic and often rigid and breathless sanctionary”, where it is clearly established:
“No extraordinary elections, not secret voting and the political agreement”, a verdict that, according to analyst, “brings up Albin Kurtin”, he writes.
It cites four key points from the indictment, including the fact that the constitutional hearing of April 15th and its follow-up have been declared unconstitutional, due to the interventions of Chief Chief Avni Dehari and manipulations on the agenda. According to Matosh, this mascot has progressively violated the constitutional right of MPs and has brought the opposition boycott.
At another crucial point of the act, it notes that the largest parliamentary party has the obligation to reach 61 votes with political agreements.
The state before the party falls over the winning party of the”, Matoshi wrote.
He adds that even though the Constitution envisions a 30-day deadline for the constitutionalisation of the Parliament, the Court does not have mechanisms to impose political ethics and co-operation, which, according to him, VV is misusing as a blocker mechanism.
In closing, Matosh views this situation as a deep institutional crisis without real solutions, saying:
The Constitutional Court has given no solution to the institutional crisis, but has given Albin Kurt a month for coalition time. ”
In the end, he concludes the analysis with a powerful phrase, which he says sums up the whole situation:
This is Kurt's neck. He doesn't know him!! ”/Periscopi/
