The LDK's reaction reportedly states that this indictment has clearly defined that the largest parliamentary group cannot block the constitution's constitutionalisation that it must secure most parliamentary votes or reach consensus with parliamentary groups
The LDK has invited the LVV to act in accordance with this act, interrupt the impasses and contribute to the country's fast-forwarding.
This act has clearly determined that the largest parliamentary group cannot block the constitutionalisation of the Assembly, that it should secure most of the MPs' votes or reach consensus with parliamentary groups. Also, as Article 187 defines the act, the head of the constitutional session must observe the constitutional provisions, Chapter IV of the Parliament's Labour Rule, and the resulting parliamentary practices, as well as return the agreed-upon scenario of the Constituent session to proceed with an open vote” is said in the LDK response. /Periscope/
