“Self-Determination Movement Supporter and defendant Mentor Llugaliu has been bothering me online for three years by publishing at least 101 Facebook posts that have generated over 42,000 preferences, 700 distribution and 2,200 comments.
This unwanted and constant attention from him through denigrative posts has been intended to molest me, intimidate me and bring emotional distress to me and my family, which he has successfully achieved”, wrote Kusari.
The harassment with both threatening and sexual content and three-year online persecution, according to Kusari, has been made a sign of revenge for its activism in monitoring the RTK board members' selection process, where he has failed to become a member.
