This meeting, held in the new Amphitheater environments of the University Central Library in Pristina, began with a minute of silence to honor the figure of former Prime Minister Bukoshi.
As the years pass, we gain new positions of view for previous political and historical developments even of the 1990s, when Bukoshi was among the main protagonists. Among the continuous course of time, historians will track and study Bujar Bukoshi's engagement and activity when they will write Kosovo's modern political history. And in it, his name will be naturally among the most mentioned, the most prominent of all for his work to be put correctly in the context of time and interpreted among the circumstances of that period”, the prime minister said in his casual address.
According to him, Bujar Bukoshi's name has been perpetuated by his hand even in the founding state document, in the Kosovo Declaration of Independence, February 17, 2008.
“Dr. Bujar Bukoshi, remember among the generations, as will certainly be known in Kosovo's history”, Kurti added further.
Unlike that, between 10:00 and 1: 00 p.m., there are views of former Prime Minister Bujar Bukoshi in the lobby of the Republic of Kosovo Assembly.
According to the prime minister's announcement, Kurti will attend the funeral ceremony of former Kosovo Prime Minister Bujar Bukoshi, at the Witnesses' complex in Velana neighbourhood in Pristina from 2:00.
