Kurti said yesterday that the Constitutional Court's act clearly emphasizes that the obligation to constitutionalise the Assembly is the duty of all MPs, and not only of the first subject.
“As chairman of the Vetevendosje Movement and on behalf of the largest parliamentary group to be out of the February 9th 2025 elections, I have addressed all the leaders of the subjects represented in the ninth legislature, with the invitation for a joint meeting Saturday at 4: 00 p.m., in the next effort to function the consensus for converting the Parliament”, Kurti wrote.
Unlike the Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo, the Assembly met yesterday in the next round of the 9th Legissulate Constituent session.
At the opening of the chairmanial session, Avni Dehari invited representatives of political subjects for a consultation, following yesterday's Constitutional Court trial.
After the consultative meeting, Presiding Dehari announced MPs that representatives of all political subjects at the meeting were of the opinion that the session continue.
