Krasniqi: Kosovo needs functional institutions, not political efficiency

Democratic Party of Kosovo Chairman Memli Krasniqi hosted today's meeting representatives of civil society organisations, with which he held an open and content discussion of the current political situation in the country, especially for the institutional blockade that has entered the 116th day.
