This anniversary, in deep hope that it will be the last to record without them, and we wholeheartedly congratulate our unjustly held deliverers in The Hague: President Hashim Thaci, Prime Minister Kadri Veselini, Chief Parliamentary Jakup Krasniqi, MP Rexhep Selimi and their fellow fighters. Their struggle was fair and clean because it was war and the effort of an entire people who for many generations sacrificed for freedom”, he wrote.

Even today, on June 12th, on the Day of Kosovo Liberation, we return to Prekaz, because here, first of all, freedom is rooted. From here came the fire of hope that enlightened our way to freedom and independence.
On this sacred date of our history, we are deeply reminded of the sacrifice of the Kosovo Liberation Army and any witnesses who gave their lives for the freedom of this country. The NLA, more than an army, was the incarnation of our people's centuries-old aspirin for freedom and dignity.
Today and never, we never forget even our international friends at the top with the United States of America and NATO, who stood by us in the most crucial moments of our history. Forever grateful for the support!
