Kosovo company “Enter” has come up with a media clarification concerning closing its sales points. In a communiqué sent today, “Entering” has clarified that they have been forced to close the sales points, since the Ministry of Finance has banned the sale of fiscal crates and service delivery. So Enter is bound [...]
So, Enternet has been forced to close the sales points because we've been banned, we've been barred from selling fiscal crates and offering services from the Ministry of Finance's unilateral decision. ”, told in their notification.
This company has clarified that because of the Ministry of Finance's new administration directive, they have been banned from selling fiscal crates and providing services for the sector, and as a result, there has been a huge decline in revenues.
This Administrative Entrance has caused the collapse of our company's revenues, but other companies licensed up to 80 percent! The same decision, made at the time when we as a company, were continued operating license until 2028 and we were forced to meet many demands and expenses, until the growth of new stocks and programs amounting to 2.5 million euros”, the company writes.
In the communiques, they say that because of this, they have been forced to dismiss more than 80 % of the workers.
This situation will have chain consequences, not just for us, but until the state revenues. Unfortunately, we are obliged to make without our desire to leave the job decision of over 80% of the workers. On the other hand, it is surprising how this decision has been made, which is now putting the destruction of a very carefully constructed system, commitment and possible commitment by many (local and foreign experts). The fiscalization system has been followed with huge investments in various stages of development down to the present day, where several million euros have been invested! Consequently, we can conclude that this decision besides the confusion created in Kosovo businesses has already opened up the possibility of creating a tax evasion which automatically reflects on the decline of state budget revenues”, it says further.. /Periscopi/
